These terms cover your use of Fold, a puzzle game for Android and iOS. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
Your licence
You may install and use Fold on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app or its puzzle content.
Purchases
Any purchase inside Fold is processed by Apple or Google, not by us. Refunds are handled under their policies — contact the relevant store, since we cannot issue refunds on their behalf. Items bought in the app have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your saved progress
Progress is stored only on your device. There is no account and no backup on our side, so uninstalling the app, clearing its data, or losing the device will lose your progress permanently. We cannot restore it.
Availability
Fold is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise the app will be free of faults or available at all times, and we may change or discontinue it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app means accepting the current version.
